Our services cover rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease regears for commercial premises under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (both contracted‑in and contracted‑out), as well as high‑value residential properties with rents exceeding £5,000 per calendar month.

Valuations and Appraisals
Our valuation, appraisal, and performance‑modelling services provide accurate, reliable information to support confident decision‑making. While we undertake secured‑lending valuations only in specific circumstances, we regularly provide valuations for:

Real Estate Dispute Resolution
We understand the importance of resolving real estate disputes efficiently and constructively.
The recent case of Churchill v Merthyr Tydfil [2023] has set an important precedent, enabling courts to require parties to actively explore alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including mediation.
We are professionally qualified to act as your agent in both litigation and ADR processes. We work closely with your legal team and, where appropriate, can approach barristers directly when doing so offers a clear cost benefit.
We are accredited to act as either evaluative or facilitative mediators, drawing on our extensive experience as chartered surveyors and our membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. We offer mediation both in person and online, with flexible scheduling — including evenings and weekends — to accommodate your time and commitments.
As mediators, we help parties resolve property disputes while preserving relationships and reducing the time, cost, and stress associated with formal proceedings. We uphold the core principles of mediation: the process is voluntary, confidential, and without prejudice. Any agreement reached remains non‑binding until all parties sign it, and we remain entirely neutral throughout.
